Travel Reimbursement Requirements
Travel costs, as well as accommodation, food, and the programme itself are co-funded by the European Union through the ERASMUS+ program.
To be entitled to the reimbursement, participants must attend fully the 3 phase of the project: preparation (complete the preparatory group tasks, attend predeparture call), implementation (attend minimum 90% of the sessions and activities) and follow-up (complete list of follow-up actions like dissemination, evaluation, local action, agreed in advance).
Travelling conditions
According to Erasmus+ regulations, participants must travel from their country of residence to the venue and from the venue back to the country of residence, choosing fastest direct routs and economy solutions. No alternative routes are allowed. As well as no late arrivals or early departures.
Participants may begin their travel up to 48 hours before the first official day of activities and must return to their home country no later than 48 hours after the last official day of the programme.
! For the Youth Exchange ! We will provide the shuttle bus from the train station in Alba to hostel in Bergolo (1hr or road). The cost of the shuttle is already foreseen and deducted from maximum travel budget. Below you can see the reimbursement amount left available to reach to / return from Alba train station.
Reimbursement POLICY
The travel costs can be reimbursed only under condition that original boarding passes, tickets, and invoices are provided. There is a limit for travel reimbursement based on the distance from country to the venue of the project. The MAXIMUM amount for each country is indicated below. If the costs exceed this amount, it will be covered by the participant.
